Julia & Nick Part 1 Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of this gorgeous couple in August 2013. I have no idea why it has taken me so long to post about it but let me just say,! The wedding day started at the legendary Pfister Hotel in downtown Milwaukee, WI. then moved to an historical home in Eagle where the Bride finished getting ready and also served as the bridal suite later that night, ooh la la! The ceremony took place at Old World Wisconsin, an historical re-creation of working homesteads and the most beautiful old barn where the reception took place. Start to finish it was pure magic and definitely a dream wedding!
The bride and groom were gorgeous with personalities to match. It was a super laid back day filled with so much love and gratitude. I am beyond thankful for wonderful clients and the opportunities I have to be a part of their special day!

These girls were SO fun and crazy! The Pfister is 120 years old ( and reportedly very haunted ) and therefore has only 1 elevator. That particular day the Washington  National Baseball team was there along with all the governors for the Governors Convention being held in Milwaukee. It was crazy busy but these girls definitely stole the show ( and directed/changed the flow of traffic). I laughed so hard,  a total blast!

The Groom and his men. I referred to them as "The Rat Pack." Pure style and pizzaz!

The Historical Home and site of the Bridal Suite. Total Americana perfection!

 Something Borrowed...

So great right?!! Check back tomorrow for Part 2!

JULIA & NICK’s Wisconsin wedding was epic. Each and every thing including the wedding venue seems fabulous. Especially I am really impressed by the chic custom decorations in their ceremony and I will also ask my wedding planner to do same decoration at our wedding event venues Chicago for our polka dot themed ceremony.
